What is Psychotherapy?
Unlike coaching, psychotherapy is a long-term, in-depth process through which individuals tell their stories, and gain insight into how it has impacted them.
Rather than rushing to fix problems or find solutions, we work together in a non-judgemental way to understand repeated thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors and eventually then create a more fulfilling reality.
