What is Psychotherapy?


Psychotherapy is a long-term, in-depth process through which individuals tell their stories, and gain insight into how it has impacted them.


Rather than rushing to fix problems or find solutions, we work together in a non-judgemental to reflect upon your difficulties, thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors to expand awareness of different barriers that conjure up in you

Samay uses a person-centric approach and is inspired by psychodynamic, transactional analysis, Jungian and existential/humanistic schools of thought.
